Your Questions About Our Handyman Services...
The first hour of service is indivisible; beyond that, we charge in increments of 30 minutes. In addition to the labor cost, travel fees and the necessary materials for the service are also billed.
Of course, we bring our own tools. Hardware such as screws, wall plugs, and hooks is also included in our service. For decorative items to be installed, it’s ideal if you’ve purchased them beforehand (to match your personal taste!). If you’re missing a more technical item (e.g., a replacement for a toilet flush), we’ll take care of it after agreeing on the budget with you.

That’s exactly why you’re reaching out to us—so no problem! You can send us a photo via email or SMS of the area where we’ll be working (inside your closet to add shelves, the spot where you notice a leak, etc.). If necessary, we can visit your premises to provide a quote! No worries, it’s free!
If the damage or breakage is indeed our fault, no problem at all. We are covered by Liability Insurance, and any potential collateral damage is fully insured. We will replace your lamp without any issue.
