La 1ère heure d’intervention est indivisible, au-delà nous facturons par tranche de ½ heure. À ce tarif de main d’œuvre, s’ajoutent des frais de déplacement et le matériel nécessaire pour l’intervention.
Nous venons évidement avec nos propres outils. La quincaillerie est également fournie dans notre prestation (vis, chevilles, crochets…). S’il s’agit d’éléments de décoration à installer, l’idéal est que vous l’ayez acheté au préalable (les goûts et les couleurs …!). Si un élément plus technique vous manque (une chasse d’eau à remplacer par exemple), nous nous en chargeons en ayant au préalable défini le budget ensemble.
We obviously come with our own tools, the hardware is also provided in our service (screws, pegs, hooks ...). If it is a question of decorative elements to be installed, the ideal is that you have bought it beforehand (tastes and colors ...!). If you miss a more technical element (a flush to be replaced for example), we will take care of it having previously defined the budget together.

Et c’est pour ça que vous faites appel à nous donc pas de problème ! Vous pouvez nous envoyer par email ou SMS une photo de l’endroit où nous devrons travailler (de l’intérieur de votre placard pour ajouter des étagères, de l’endroit où vous constatez une fuite...). Si besoin est, nous pourrons passer chez vous pour établir un devis ! Pas d'inquiétude, il est gratuit !
Si la chute ou la casse est bien de notre fait, aucun problème, nous sommes assurés en Responsabilité Civile et tous les dommages collatéraux potentiels sont couverts. Nous remplacerons donc votre lampe sans problème.
